The weather here in the southeast has been somewhat confusing. Last week I wore a light jacket and considered maybe trying a peep toe shoe. Let’s just say it was looking like spring was here, and my flowers began to bloom. Warm weather, of course, means that it’s almost Easter and I get to see beautiful dresses and little boys dressed with bowties. Then there is the food ham, devil eggs, peanut butter chocolate pie and the overabundance of beautiful shiny Easter eggs.
It also means that I get to try some new recipes and plan the Easter brunch menu with my sisters. Every year they host Easter at their house, and I like to take on making a pie or a cake. This year I was inspired by the new DOVE® Peanut Butter Egg I purchased at Walmart. I’ll give you the GPS coordinates it’s in the candy aisle. You know the aisle where it begins with roasted nuts and ends with the DOVE® Peanut Butter Egg. It’s the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter goodness.
I’ve always loved a no bake pie because you can’t overcook it or somehow get it wrong. It’s simple as pie! Yes! I went there, but honestly, anyone can make this, and it will be a great dish to take for an Easter brunch or even as a dessert during the week. I mean I don’t restrict dessert to just weekends at my home.
No bake peanut butter chocolate pie
1 cup of milk
1 package (6 counts) of DOVE® Peanut Butter Eggs
2 (9inch) prepared graham cracker pie crusts
1 cup of confectioners sugar
1 cup of prepared whipped chocolate peanut butter
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
1 (16oz) container of thawed sugar free whipped topping
- Using a hand mixer combine the cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Mix in whipped chocolate peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Then slice 2 DOVE® Peanut Butter Eggs into bite-size pieces and fold into mixture.
- Spoon pie filling into graham cracker pie shells; cover, and freeze until firm. Then garnish with a DOVE® Peanut Butter Egg.

Grab your ingredients!
Mix the wet and dry together using a hand mixer.
Combine them well.
Add the yummy whipped peanut butter chocolate.
Grab a spatula and fold the whipped topping and DOVE® Peanut Butter Eggs sliced into the mixture.
Now display it with pride on the Easter table.
